Who we are?

The company’s market experience goes far outside Poland. Our Company cooperates with yacht manufacturers in Europe and all over the world.

The ESFOM Company is a valued supplier of a wide variety of products in the plastics processing industry. During nearly 20 years of operation, the company has acquired a numerous competences in the advanced processing of plastic products. The base of processing comprises of polyethylene, PET, and IREX foams as well as HDPE (High Density Ethylene) boards applied by the Company in the manufacture of particular products or components used in further production (e.g. in the machine industry).

Currently, the Company focuses on the processing of foam, HDPE boards and mineral-acrylic conglomerates, to name a few. The Company’s main customers include large and small entities in the yacht, furniture, car manufacturing and packaging industry.

Majority of our activities includes services or manufacturing and services based on the client-provided designs applied by the ESFOM Company in the processing of specific materials (cutting, forming,adding additional features/properties to the material by thermoforming, for example), finally delivering the finished parts having the predetermined parameters.

CNC 3D and 5D machine tool operator

Responsibilities:

  • CNC machine operation – Kimla brand 3-5 axis machine tools,
  • Execution and registration of production orders,
  • Quality control and measurement of manufactured components,
  • Tool selection and machine changeover,
  • Taking care of the efficiency and technical condition of machines, tools and measuring instruments,
  • Maintaining the production process to an agreed standard.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of technical drawing,
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools,
  • Independence and good organisation of work,
  • Knowledge of cavity processing technology,
  • Knowledge of PCCam control, Kimla,
  • Manual skills.

Trotec laser cutting machine operator

Responsibilities:

  • Operation of a plastic laser cutting machine (Trotec),
  • Execution and registration of production orders,
  • Quality control and measurement of manufactured components,
  • Selection of materials and changeover of the machine,
  • Taking care of the efficiency and technical condition of machines, tools and measuring instruments,
  • Implementation of the production process according to the established plan and standard.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of technical drawing,
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools,
  • Independence and good organisation of work,
  • Knowledge of laser processing technology,
  • Knowledge of PCCam, Trotec controls,
  • Manual skills.

Procurement and warehouse management specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Initiation and monitoring of orders (WAPRO Mag system),
  • Material stock planning,
  • Creation of external revenue documentation,
  • Supply chain control,
  • Supervise the correct creation of stock documentation,
  • Processing of current orders (tools, auxiliary materials, commissioning of services).


Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position,
  • Ability to think analytically and plan,
  • Good organisation of working time, ability to prioritise tasks, self-reliance,
  • High level of communication skills,
  • Very good knowledge of ERP systems (we work with WAPRO Mag),
  • Cat B driving licence.

Production worker

Responsibilities:

  • Polishing, milling and machining of plastic parts (Plexiglas, PE, PVC),
  • assembly of bolted components,
  • control of manufactured components.

Wymagania:

  • high level of manual skills ,

  • operation of power tools (drills, sanders, polishers),

  • willingness to work shifts.

Specjalista ds. zaopatrzenia i gospodarki magazynowej

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Inicjowanie i monitorowanie zamówień (system WAPRO Mag),
  • Planowanie zapasów materiałowych,
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji przychodu zewnętrznego,
  • Kontrola łańcucha dostaw,
  • Nadzór nad poprawnością tworzenia dokumentacji magazynowej,
  • Realizacja zamówień bieżących (narzędzia, mat. pomocnicze, zlecanie usług).

 

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku,
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i planowania,
  • Dobra organizacja czasu pracy, umiejętność ustalania priorytetów zadań, samodzielność,
  • Wysoki poziom komunikatywności,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi systemów ERP ( pracujemy z WAPRO Mag),
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.

Operator wycinarki laserowej Trotec

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Obsługa laserowej wycinarki tworzyw sztucznych (Trotec),
  • Realizacja i rejestracja zleceń produkcyjnych,
  • Kontrola jakości i pomiary produkowanych komponentów,
  • Dobór materiałów oraz przezbrajanie maszyny,
  • Dbanie o sprawność oraz stan techniczny maszyn, narzędzi i przyrządów pomiarowych,
  • Realizacja procesu produkcyjnego według ustalonego planu i standardu.

 

Wymagania:

  • Znajomość rysunku technicznego,
  • Umiejętność obsługi bazowych narzędzi pomiarowych,
  • Samodzielność i dobra organizacja pracy,
  • Znajomość technologii obróbki laserowej,
  • Znajomość sterowania PCCam, Trotec,
  • Zdolności manualne.

Wymagania :

  • Doświadczenie w zakresie obsługi frezarek CNC.

  • Podstawowa znajomość rysunku technicznego.

  • Umiejętność posługiwania się przyrządami mierniczymi.

  • Mile widzimy ukończony “kurs programowania maszyn CNC”

  • Dobra organizacja pracy.

  • Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy w zespole.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Samodzielna obsługa frezarek CNC .

  • Dobór właściwych parametrów obróbki w zależności od materiałów i narzędzi

  • Wstępna kontrola jakości wykonywanych detali.

  • Dbałość o utrzymanie właściwego stanu technicznego obrabiarki i narzędzi
